Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. Vinyasa yoga teaches us to cultivate an awareness that links each action to the next—on the mat and in our lives.
This class is a level 0 class that offers a gentle, peaceful, restorative approach to each posture. The class will be heated to 80-90 % and will flow at a slower pace. This class is great for beginners, senior adult community, those with joint or muscle limitation and injury recovery.
